MAHVERO Returns & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition.ً 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.
